Did I mention that Christmas is also about getting F-U-C-K-E-D? Not entirely so, just moderately so.

New Year's Eve is also a time for getting (moderately) fucked, which is why I'm going to Edinburgh tomorrow, to celebrate Hogmanay (yay), even though I have no idea why they call it that. At the moment I'm on the Isle of Skye, (that's the one hidden by a cloud on the weather forecast) so I'm just going to post photo's.

Does anyone else think it's a fucking travesty that Grease was voted best musical of all time? Christmas is not a time for giving, nor is it a time for pious reflection, nor is it a celebration of the birth of jesus (h) christ, it's a time for watching tv. At christmas, the tv is still terrible, but there's more of it. There are special editions of programmes with more celebrities and shit, and there are more films on, and they make more stuff happen in all the series. Quantity creating the illusion of quality.
